TAC.GLOBAL Dashboard Now Live!
TAC GLOBAL users can now login to our custom portal to view details about your backups, billing information and contact support all in one place. The dashboard hosts a number of features such as showing you at a glance what backups you have per plan/server. Let us walk you through what is available now through the dashboard.
On the home page of the dashboard, users can view how much storage has been used, how much of their backups are encrypted and recover the original encryption key issued upon the initial setup. Users can also view all the backups currently under a specific plan and see which backups are encrypted/unencrypted or verified/unverified.
Another feature on the home page allows users to see their verification, prune and garbage collection job status. Each job will tell users when they last ran, if they completed successfully and the next run time. For verification jobs, if the last run time is greater than the number of days a verification is outdated, we’ll let you know by highlighting the job red so you know that it’s time to run that verification job again. For prune and verification jobs, users can easily add, edit or delete jobs. All jobs can be run from here, making it easy to check your datastore on the go.
Our next features allow users to easily see their subscription plan. Here on the billing page users can easily manage their subscription and payment method through here. Users will be able to see all past invoices and see the next upcoming payments.
If users ever need help, or have a question, now you can contact our us for any general, billing or support questions they may have. All users need to do is go under the account tab to hit Contact Support and send us a message!
All active TAC.GLOBAL users can now create an account under the username sent in the initial setup email! Simply visit tac.global and got to the portal link in the top right or go to here to get started today!
