We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • Required payments are not made

  • Your usage poses a security or legal risk

You may terminate your account according to your service agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Ohio and U.S. law:
TAC Global shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption.
